  • 2/3 pumpkin "Muffin in a Minute" (110 kcals, 8g protein, 1g net carbs) with 1 Monica's Fall Pumpkin and Bacon Chicken Meatball (25 kcals, 4g protein, 0.8g net carbs)
  • 1 hard-boiled egg (70 kcals, 6g protein, 0g carbs) with 1 oz. Jarlsberg lite emmentaler (70 kcals, 9g protein, 0g carbs)
  • 1 scoop Isopure dutch chocolate with iced decaf, SF chocolate and vanilla syrup, Truvia, and 1 tbsp. Hershey's unsweetened cocoa (121 kcals, 25g protein, 6g net carbs)
  • 4.5 oz. steamed shrimp (126 kcals, 26.7g protein, 0g carbs)
  • 0.5 oz. steamed shrimp (14 kcals, 2.9g protein) and about 1/2 cup steamed vegetables, mostly sugar snap peas (25 kcals, 1.5g protein, 1.5g net carbs)

I planned for a lighter workout today; I want to vary my workouts a bit more so I work the muscles in different directions. Thus, I did the Leslie Sansone 2-mile Walk Away the Pounds dvd early this morning.
