What I Ate: 11/24/2009

  • 1 Believe Italian Cappucino protein "frappucino" (120 kcals, 20g protein, 5g net carbs)
  • 1 Boca vegan patty (70 kcals, 13g protein, 2g net carbs) with 1 slice fat-free American cheese (30 kcals, 5g protein, 2g net carbs), and 4 Mt. Olive no sugar added bread and butter pickle chips (5 kcals, 0g protein, 0g net carbs) (105 kcals, 18g protein, 4g net carbs)
  • 1 scoop Isopure dutch chocolate with iced decaf, SF chocolate and vanilla syrup, Truvia, and 1 tbsp. Hershey's unsweetened cocoa (121 kcals, 25g protein, 6g net carbs)
  • 15 small/medium sauteed shrimp seasoned with paprika and ginger, with a sweet yuzu-soy dipping sauce (110 kcals, 25g protein, 1g net carbs)
  • I made a chocolate Fage today! 1/2 cup nonfat Fage (60 kcals, 10g protein, 4.5g net carbs) with 1/2 scoop Inspire chocolate peanut butter fudge protein powder (64 kcals, 13.5g protein, 1.5g net carbs), 1 tbsp. FF/SF chocolate fudge Jello pudding (about 15 kcals, 0g protein, 4g net carbs), 2 tbsp. Free Cool Whip (15 kcals, 0g protein, 3g net carbs) and some amount of SF chocolate and vanilla syrups - total (154 kcals, 23.5g protein, 13g net carbs)
  • 2 Calcet calcium citrate lemon creamy bites (80 kcals, 12g net carbs)
  • 2 Bariatric Advantage calcium lozenges - I'm guessing here (8 kcals, 2g net carbs)
  • 2 Celebrate orange multivitamins (10 kcals, 1g net carbs)
  • 3 pouches of sugar-free drink mix (30 kcals, 7.5g net carbs)

I finally got myself back to the gym this morning - 62 minutes on the elliptical at a high speed and high resistance. The distance meter said I went 5.2 miles, but it's almost certainly inaccurate! Either way, it was a great workout with lotsa sweat. :-)
