  • 1 packet of Starkist albacore tuna (90 kcals, 18g protein, 0g carbs, 2g fat)

  • Isopure dutch chocolate protein in a tall Starbucks iced decaf Americano in the Atlanta airport (115 kcals, 25g protein, 2g net carbs, 1g fat)
  • 2 packets of Delta Airlines peanuts (140 kcals, 6g protein, 6g net carbs, 12g fat)
  • 1 scoop Inspire dutch chocolate cake protein in decaf Starbucks via with Splenda (126 kcals, 30g protein, 2g net carbs, 1g fat)
