  • 1/2 Believe Italian Cappucino, sipped throughout the day as creamer in three grande decaf Starbucks coffees, both VIA and in-store. (60 kcals, 10g protein, 2.5g net carbs, 0g fat)
  • 1/4 cup rosemary-seasoned black-eyed peas (65 kcals, 5g protein, 7.5g net carbs, 0.3g fat) and 1/4 cup gumbo z'herbes (about 35 kcals, 2g protein, 1g net carbs, 1g fat)
  • 1 bag Kay's Naturals protein cereal (100 kcals, 9g protein, 12g net carbs, 1.5g fat)
  • My last 10 pistachios that were in the passenger seat of my car. Yeah, the nuts need to go. (40 kcals, 1g protein, 1g net carbs, 3g fat)
  • Something weird but tasty: 1/4 cup gumbo z'herbes (about 35 kcals, 2g protein, 1g net carbs, 1g fat), 1/4 cup Publix EggStirs (30 kcals, 6g protein, 1g carb, 0g fat) and 5 medium shrimp (1 oz.) (38 kcals, 7.4g protein, 0.3g carbs, 0.6g fat). Total - (103 kcals, 15.4g protein, 2.3g net carbs, 1.6g fat)
  • 1 chestnut (21 kcals, 0.3g protein, 4g net carbs, 0.2g fat)
  • 1 scoop Inspire ice cream sandwich protein (126 kcals, 30g protein, 2g carbs, 0g fat) in 1/3 cup nonfat Fage (40 kcals, 6.6g protein, 3g net carbs, 0g fat) with 1.5 tbsp. cheesecake pudding mix (23 kcals, 6g net carbs), and 3 tbsp. Free Cool Whip (23 kcals, 4.5g net carb). Total - (214 kcals, 36.6g protein, 14g net carbs, 0g fat)
  • 2 Calcet calcium citrate lemon creamy bites (80 kcals, 12g net carbs, 3g fat)
