Hershey's unsweetened cocoa (10 kcals, 1g net carbs), Torani SF vanilla and DaVinci SF praline, toasted marshmallow, and peanut butter syrups. Total - (140 kcals, 26.5g protein, 7g carbs, 0g fat).
