What I Ate: 7/8/2009

  • 3 oz. braised chicken breast with Worcestershire sauce (about 120 kcals, 24 g protein)
  • 1 scoop Isopure dutch chocolate protein supplement in iced decaf coffee (110 kcals, 25g protein)
  • 3 oz. braised chicken breast (120 kcals, 24g protein) with one slice of Target deli ham (20 kcals, 3.3g protein)
  • 1 scoop Inspire Peanut Butter Cookie protein shake - just ordered! (132 kcals, 25g protein)

Total: 502 kcals, 101.3g protein, 80.7% kcals from protein.

Spent six hours this afternoon getting my hair did. I hate it. But in any event, I'm headed back to the gym tomorrow.
