- 1 scoop Isopure dutch chocolate protein powder in iced decaf americano with sugar-free vanilla syrup from Starbucks (115 kcals, 25g protein)
- 2 scoops Inspire PURE flavorless protein in 1 cup of Progresso French onion soup (150 kcals, 25g protein)
Total: 380 kcals, 75g protein, 78.9% kcals from protein.
At the gym, I went for 65 minutes on the elliptical for a supposed burn of 629 calories. I'd planned a fourth supplement, but it was so late when I had the soup that I decided to put it off until tomorrow.
