- 1 scoop Isopure dutch chocolate protein powder in Starbucks grande iced decaf with sugar-free vanilla syrup (110 kcals, 25g protein)
- 2.5 oz. mesquite chicken breast (about 100 kcals, about 20g protein)
- 2 slices nitrate-free honey smoked deli turkey (50 kcals, 10g protein) and 1 slice of deli roast beef (30 kcals, 6g protein)
- 1 scoop Isopure dutch chocolate protein powder in homemade iced decaf (110 kcals, 25g protein)
Total: 490 kcals, 103g protein, 84.1% kcals from protein. :-)
Today was super-busy, so I had to go to the gym early in the morning. It was actually nice. I did a little less than 47 minutes on the elliptical for a supposed burn of 450 calories (yeah right, but the calorie numbers are good for comparison purposes!)
