- 3 oz. chicken "saag" (about 100 kcals, about 17g protein)
- 3 oz. Monica's chili! (about 120 kcals, about 15g protein)
- About 1.5 cups edamame in pods (about 100 kcals, about 8g protein) and 1 small serving sashimi (salmon, white fish, and octopus) with ginger (about 90 kcals, about 15g protein) - this meal was from Raku in DC (Dupont Circle) and it was sumptuous. I've passed the place many times but had never eaten there, but now I'm a big fan.
