- 3 oz. Monica's chili! with a dollop of nonfat Fage yogurt (about 140 kcals, about 17g protein)
- 3.5 oz. chicken "saag" - heavy on the chicken in this serving, with about 2.5 oz. chicken breast and 1 oz. spinach sauce, and seasonings. I think that if I have leftover spinach sauce, I'm going to add shrimp to it for shrimp "saag." And...wow. This was even more delicious than yesterday. I might have to make it again and try to keep track of what I put in it so I can share the recipe! (about 120 kcals, about 21g protein)
