- 1 rack of snow crab legs at a raw bar in Jekyll Island, GA, right by the water. It was awesome!
- 1 scoop Isopure dutch chocolate protein powder in fake Sbux grande iced decaf americano with SF vanilla syrup
- 4 canteloupe melon balls
- 1 small green salad with cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and Italian dressing
- 2 small lambchops with creamed spinach
- 1 stick of lowfat string cheese
Went to the hotel gym this morning for what turned out to be a lackluster workout, but I guess it's better than nothing. 35 minutes on the treadmill and a few resistance exercises. But there was lots of dancing later, so lots of calories were burned in that process.
